Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026. These terms cover this website and the text message program of River Valley Communities, which manages Heritage Towers at 1600 Summit Avenue, Lewisville, TX 75077.
Information on this site. Floor plans, square footage, pricing, availability, fees, and amenities shown on this site are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease or a guarantee of pricing or availability. Contact the leasing office at (214) 891-9151 to confirm current terms before making any decision.
Images. Photographs and 3D tours may show model apartments, staged furnishings, or optional finishes that are not present in every home. Features marked with an asterisk are available only in select apartments.
Text messages
What we send. If you give us your mobile number and agree to text messages, River Valley Communities texts you about the things you asked us about: your leasing inquiry, a tour you scheduled, your application, your resident account, community news, urgent notifications, and events.
How often. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier sets those rates, not us.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to end all messages. We send one confirmation, then stop.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message. You can also call (214) 891-9151 or email leasing@rivervalleymfc.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we get your consent. We ask for your mobile number in person at the leasing office, on the guest card, on the lease application, and on the online leasing and resident portals linked from this site. The consent line reads:
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from River Valley Communities at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of renting, applying, or buying anything.
Where the consent appears as a checkbox, the box is never pre-checked. Leave it blank and you can still hand in the form, take a tour, apply, and lease. We never make a text message agreement a condition of anything.
Your number. We do not sell mobile numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. The sharing described anywhere in these terms excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; we share that information with no third party. See the Privacy Policy.
Everything else
Third-party services. Our online leasing application and resident portal are powered by Rent Manager (London Computer Systems, Inc.). Your use of that portal is governed by the terms Rent Manager presents inside it, which are between you and Rent Manager rather than River Valley Communities. Any phone number or text message consent you give there is collected by Rent Manager under its own privacy statement. 3D tours are hosted by Matterport and maps are embedded from Google Maps, each under its own provider's terms.
Equal housing. Heritage Towers is an equal housing opportunity provider.
CTIA compliance. Our text message program follows CTIA guidelines. Report a concern to us using the contact details below.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or in the law. We post the updated version on this page. Continuing to use the site or the text message program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Ending your access. We can end your access to this site and to our text message program if you misuse either one. You can end the text messages yourself at any time by replying STOP.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts serving Denton County, Texas.
