Images. Photographs and 3D tours may show model apartments, staged furnishings, or optional finishes that are not present in every home. Features marked with an asterisk are available only in select apartments.

Third-party services. Our online leasing application and resident portal are powered by RentCafe (Yardi Systems, Inc.) and are governed by the RentCafe Terms of Service, which are between you and RentCafe rather than the property. 3D tours are hosted by Matterport and maps are embedded from Google Maps, each under its own provider's terms.

Equal housing. Heritage Towers is an equal housing opportunity provider.

Text messages. Our text message program has its own terms, including message frequency, rates, and how to stop. See the SMS Terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts serving Denton County, Texas.
